I think he is getting less boos due to 1. He's in a feud with Rusev and 2. He's not in the main event scene for once.

But he isnt very funny either. His timing is terrible and the only time he comes off as a star is when he is a silent killer.

If being the silent killer type could work for Sting, the goofiest of ALL babyfaces, why cant Roman do something similar?

Roman is Roman. He's not Sting. They have to let these guys be themselves and fans have to stop comparing them to stars of the yesteryear and let them find their own character. That goes for the whole roster though.

Yeah, that's true in SOME cases. But it's not the rule. And it's not like Roman didn't play bad-ass character in the Shield.

But theyre not doing that. Theyre writing corny lines and have him goofing off as a face and it hasnt worked. Not even once. You say dont compare him to other stars but the company wants him to be Cena. I see nothing wrong with him being a bad ass, ass kicking Samoan. It fits his heritage and the one thing he can do right at times is look like he is going to rip your head off. Even as a cocky heel in NXT he didnt come off all that well and that was only for a few weeks. Wether its his real personality or not, its his lane.
