In this video he says he doesn't do dairy and doesn't do sweeteners (I'm gonna assume he means no sweeteners in general not just in the shake).

Diabetes is one of the #1 killers, especially of African Americans and black people in general. We always here about cutting back on the sugar but alot of us struggle to. Now I'm not saying he looks like this because he doesn't eat sugar but he's a great testament of taking care of your health and the positive effects of avoiding dairy.

As black men let's take our health seriously, we need to be strong for our families and our community and some of these ailments are so easy to fix with an adjustment of diet and lifestyle
