I haven't been paying as much detail over the past year as I usually do but had this been made and been in the cut for a while ?

I wouldn't call him mid tier. Also Ghost is in fact not white he's in fact Spanish[Dominican iirc] (That's according to Romes manager Coach Bombay and Mutant Academy manager as well as Mickey Diamond that a false internet rumor) and the album Been spoken about in passing by Rome on his lives etc along with a couple of others.
