Thats a statement the supreme court made over 40 years ago. Any problem you have with someone like a Mitt Romney as president is a reflection of how shytty our political system is. In my opinion he is absolutely qualified for the job and a good person.

Couple of things...
Anyone notice how the speeches he gave were to very EXCLUSIVE sets of people? "Behind closed doors" and "agriculture execs"...THOSE are the people he represents...I mean we saw what he was spouting off last time he was "behind closed doors"...

2. Presidential/senate qualifications...
What does qualify someone to be president? Business acumen? Legal savvy? An ability to penchant for fundraising? These things have ushered in a century of corruption and destruction, in fact, most presidents were lawyers or tied to the legal field. Some times I think we'd be better off if we had some farmer or working class person at the helm.
