Do you think the Jets would trade for him if they had the same view of him as you do? Do you think the Cowboys would sit Dak if they thought he was terrible and incapable of duplicating his 2014 performance? There is obviously hope within the organization that Romo can heal up and return to his former self. Maybe not 100% but 80% of Romo is better than anything the Jets have which is the whole point of this discussion.
Well the Jets aren't trading for Romo, let's just get that out of the way early. Like I said, it's obviously not impossible, but I'd be shocked if someone traded for him.
If I ran a team I would much rather have a Bryce Petty or any random young qb starting than Romo.
You know Romo couldn't win when he was young, healthy, and with elite offensive weapons. So what are the chances of him winning when he's especially not those things.
And the Cowboys potentially playing him means nothing. They're idiots from the coaches to the ownership, and everyone who pays attention to them (you included) agrees. No decision they make holds any weight with me.
Their defense is terrible, so they're not winning anything this year, and they have a young guy who has played amazingly well. Let him play and develop.
Putting Romo back in is a mistake a lot of ppl (lots of Dallas fans included) can see coming from a mile away.
