shooting is a terrible idea against a boxer because you are wipe open to get knocked out, randy couture did the only way to be safe by going for the single leg because he was so low toney could not hit him, however if Tony would've just stepped back randy would've missed and it would have been all bad for him, but boxers have different styles, a mobile boxer with great footwork can easily avoid a shoot, well the flat footed boxers would be easy to take down
