Is it the squats or heavy squats fukkinh people up?
It’s poor form and people not conditioning their bodies for heavy loads.

Squats and deads keep your entire being strong and allows our testosterone to sustain into old age.

You don’t have throw on 4,3, or even two plates to reap the benefits. We just have perform the movements right, every time.

I don't think its all about form. Ronnie had great form on both exercises but look where he's at now. I think stressing your body beyond its capacity for extended periods is likely the reason it fukks up bodybuilders.

Barbell squats increases bone density and muscle. One of the best lower body exercises on all time.

it all stems from the spine. You can be the strongest dude in the world but if something tweaks or goes wrong and compresses or injures your spine, shyt could be over in a split second. It’s not like a broken arm where they can just put a cast on it. I had a neck injury once and couldn’t feel my feet, thought I was going to be in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. It shook the hell out of me, and I haven’t thought about maxing out on squat ever since. Ronnie is an inspiration to humans in general, not just lifters for his general attitude about life. Can’t wait to see the brother walk again.
