Yeah close grip is supposed to work more muscles.
But this very still impressive nevertheless. Especially considering that the average gym rat can barely hit 225x5 let alone 275x5 but 315x22 is insane...
he turning u straight ? :haha:
i have a cock in the box already i'm good.

Why don't you ever shout out The Coli...............bytch nikka...........![]()

Thanks for letting me know this is not worth watching.
I can do 6 or 7 reps @ 225 before feeling
. props to you sir. How long you been lifting? The guy in OPs video is benching with hip/leg drive. This is common in powerlifting and training for athletic purposes. If OP is who he says he is, and has played high level collegiate FB, then this style of benching is to be expected. Nothing wrong with it.
Can't be so quick to form-nazi on 'em, especially when you're nowhere near their level.

Why u raising your lower back with every rep ? You should stay still.

Good shyt nonetheless man.
the weight is resting on the palm of his hand instead of being held up with pure strength and no "safety net" (wrist/palm) so to speak. I seen cats in prison try to pull this shyt all the time. Over time your wrist strength breaks down, and you're really putting yourself at risk lifting like this, not to mention slightly cheating.@LastKING_BLU
Dude in the vid you posted had good BACK form, but if you wanna be technical, the bar's resing on his palm, and his wrists are bent backwards. Not good form at all.
