Ok so a young nikka is going to be re-locating soon, Im considering rooming with a female friend of mine that I've known the majority of my life. As far as the finances we'll both be straight, she gets hers and I do too
Now I've roomed with females close to my age before but they were relatives, so this brings a whole different set of variables into play

the last time i roomed with a female was when i first moved to NOLA back in 2011. my only bad experience came from the financial side (her finances). the house we were in was beautiful so i was trying to get it an any cost. i loaned her money so we could both get into it because, at the time, i didn't work anywhere and i had just moved here so finding a place on my own or even getting that place on my own would have been hard as hell. eventually i got almost all my money i loaned but not without such a grueling process. not to mention, she was jealous of the women i was bringing over. for instance, during mardi gras, i had a bunch of people visit (about 6 people) and then one of the same girls that visited then came back and stayed with me for a month following that one week during mardi gras. but i did tell her all this before it happened so i don't know why she would have tripped on that. anyways, she was young and irresponsible and she was too eager to prove herself as an adult.

so, it would be better if you actually know the girl before you room with her, which you do. i say stay away from rooming with women you don't know. that's when issues can come up...
