Everything you named could be done by 1 person. Parks shouldn't even be speaking while recording.

maybe cause i ain't on no studio headphones, but outside maybe a handful of podcasts i listen to, most have pretty good audio, and they're nowhere near the production crew of JBN (mostly 1-3 people)

I don't know how many different ways that people can tell you that it can be done by one person, but keep fighting that fight

This isn't a live tv show.. all that editing can be done after the fact. The cameras are static, why the hell you need to check if they on and recording every 5 mins? Unless you're constantly moving around, why do you need to constantly adjust levels every second... If you're already sitting at the computer adjust the every so often level, then you can also pull up google and look up some shyt... Everything else you said can be done in post editing

Their crowds are different, and Rogan is a self-admitted liberal and has been his whole life...I think Schulz is too but I'm not sure. Rogan appeals to mostly the UFC/fighting crowd, at least that's his base...and the sciencey/conspiratorial/political types...plus a lot of listeners come because of the guests he has. Schulz is just straight comedy for the most part, people listen to him for comedy only.

This went thru my head when I heard Rory and mal starting podcast; like was this a the set up to get them Poppin and starting their own podcast so they can get a bunch of fans and then bring it right to the joe budden network
