It's not that though. The person doing cameras is there live making sure they are always recording and pointed right. Editing the podcast is an actual job that takes alot of time, watching through it all and deciding what iffy shyt needa come out. Editing the music levels down for copyright. Adding any intro and text on screen... The screen guy also has to be present live to pull shyt up on the fly when the time calls for. Uploading is easy buy you gotta pull all the right tags, schedule the uploads to the right times, make the thumbnails.
Parks is already there engaging in every conversation, I wouldn't expect or want to have him shuffling around doing all that at the same time. Not to mention he an engineer with his own job away from podcasting, so he don't wanna take on these duties..
Everything you named could be done by 1 person. Parks shouldn't even be speaking while recording.
