his podcast is wack as well. MOST of them are. Drink Champs, all of them.

I fukk with Joe Rogan because for the most part I actually learn something.

All of these other podcasts are glorified gofundme streams. And I fukk with Star's podcast because at least he's being honest about it.
I agree with you I don't listen to the podcast anymore because it was basically a gossip and shade room and Twitter recap of the week. With a few shallow hip hop reviews and then it finally became a podcast about the podcast itself. They had a good run back in 2018 and 2019 though :ehh:

I haven't checked out Joe Rogan podcast but is there a particular episode you suggest that I could try out?

It was an easy listen. They are getting their timing right, Rory kept cutting of Mal because he was too excited to be back. I liked it though and I think we will see what they are around episode 10.

So you don't learn nothing from Hip-Hop legends on multiple podcasts but learn a lot from Joe Rogan :mjpls:

Well, Rogan has nobel prize winners and inventors and scholars and literal geniuses regularly on his show conversing on an array of topics on the shyt they're experts at, for hours...

What are you learning from Nore or Buddens or whoever's podcasts? Not asking mockingly, seriously asking.

I'm all for entertainment, whatever floats your boat, you aint gotta explain why you like something...but you're talking specifically about learning things, I'm assuming beneficial things. You are gonna get much more of that, generally, from Rogan's shyt than Rory and Mal's shyt,

I honestly thought Joe Rogan was a bunch of dude-bro, almost racist, white boy nonsense. And like you, I'm not mocking you. That's literally all the clips that get uploaded or I hear about, is Joe Rogan saying something nutty or racist or a combination of both. I didn't know he had real guests and deep topics. I'll actually check him out

Now I don't really listen to Buddens. Never did. But I do like Drink Champs, Rap Radar, Mike Tyson, All the Smoke, MDWG... Those type of shows, I learn about hip-hop/sports history. The amount of legends on there, for 2-3 hours at a time, talking about things we never hear about in magazines or even tv interviews. Little gems they drop. Situations or meetings that happened. Explanations of exactly what went on and who, what, where and why....

That's dope to hear. I do learn a lot from that type of stuff. Budden never wanted guests and was usually running his mouth about hip hop so it never appealed to me. But a lot of these guys who were deep in their prospective fields, give the best interviews and know what to dive into. I'd much rather hear NORE interview someone vs Zane Lowe or some shyt
