fundamentals? How many times has curry been called out for being loose with the ball and being careless with his passes?

Curry is playing on a perfect team (as evidenced by his team winning without him) vs Rose playing with defensive players who cannot create his own shot and his team falls apart (evidenced by the bulls losing 4 of 5 to the 8th seed sixers after rose went down)
he's creating innovative ways to distribute the ball...it's risky but entertaining and it doesn't hurt the team
Curry already proved he can lead a team by himself ...you forgot about Davidson? Memphis was a powerhouse led by Calipari

IS HE AVERAGING 30 IN THE PLAYOFFS
OR THE FINALS?

THE L WASNT AS SOFT IN 2011
CURRY WOULD HAVE STILL BEEN PLAYED PHYSICAL...

ALL ROSE SAW WAS TRAPS AND DOUBLES
AND HE HAD TO CREATE WITH NOTHING
BECAUSE THERE WERE NO OTHER BALL HANDLERS...

YOU TRAP STEPH HE GIVES THE BALL TO DRAY, IGGY OR ONE OF THE MANY OTHER DUDES WHO CAN CREATE.

STEPH WOULDNT DO shyt ON THAT BULLS TEAM.
THEY WOULD JUST TRAP HIM
AND FORCE ONE OF HIS BUM ASS TEAMMATES TO BEAT THEM.

THERE WOULD BE NO SPACING

JUST TEAMS LOADING UP.

What do you think it means to be the best off the dribble shooter in NBA history? He would thrive in literally any situation you place him in, his skills demand such. Being surrounded by weapons on the Warriors does help but even when those guys are off the floor his efficiency is dominant. His averages have more to do with actual basketball skills than who he's surrounded by

If you watched Reggie Miller in the early 90's you saw a man who had little to no ball handling skills thrive offensively because of his ability to move without the basketball and quickly shoot contested jumpshots off balance. His teams did not have a ton of talent back then, and it was a time where the game was extremely physical. To suggest that Curry would struggle with this when players with half the talent have thrived in the past doesn't make any sense.

You need to stop downplaying the talent around Rose. Way too many "Bulls fans" disregard the importance of their #1 ranked defense to make Rose appear like a one man show. You don't win 63 games that way, he did have substantial help and there was enough support around him for the team to be successful.

Rose won an MVP that year because they got tired of giving it to LeBron.
As soon as he announced he was leaving for Miami, the voters basically all colluded together to find anyone but James to give the award too :manny:. Haven't seen that big a joke of the award since 2001 or 1997.
Did he really

that explains everything. Rose wasn't better than James, Wade, Howard or Nowitzki that year he won MVP
Indeed he did in the same garbage ass manner AI stans and Kobe stans try to place AI over Wade and curry. All 5 of them had a better year than rose, yet since Rose was humble and not LeBron, he seemed more deserving than anyone else to the voters.

I wonder how you feel about the '94 Bulls winning 55 games and coming within inches of the conference finals without Michael Jordan.

The Warriors being able to play quality basketball without Curry doesn't mean Rose is a better player. It means they're a better team as a whole and that's obvious to see. Like the Bulls sans Jordan Golden State doesn't come close to winning a championship without him.

The very next year the Bulls made it to the semifinals and got beat in five by Miami just like in 2011 so :yeshrug:

they missed him, but not to the point where they'd collapse and be garbage. Again you don't win 60+ games in this league because of one guy. Its a team effort.

so turning the ball over and being lose is "innovative" now? What is he doing with the basketball that the likes of magic, bird, stockton, etc.. are unable to do?

what did curry win at davidson again and why is this relevant to their nba careers?

What does that have to do with the team still winning a playoff series without him. Those additions they made came with Rose still on the payroll and it shows that they were able to build a competitive team without him despite that massive handicap

I think you just started watching basketball if you can't see that a team wins games, not individual players. So this narrative that Rose did so and so with no help is very misguided

:martin: The shyt right here needs to stop. Its like yall literally started watching basketball 3 years ago. Epitome of in the moment dikk riders.

Go ahead and tell me who was a better off the dribble shooter than Steph Curry.
