He really excited about this system he came up with

The other problem with Rosenberg's points system is its still just his opinion. Like when we did it here we left it to a vote
I hate rosenberg...but this is the most he's done to reconcile his stance and I can let it slide.

magazines could/should adopt this. and do it regionally. this would make a lot more sense. and do top 10-15
