Akademik definitely took this shyt. Great beat breh. Sounds like a smoother, improved, more complex version of We can take it outside from Busta. Love the instruments and how everything was built up. The vibe was smooth, but still had some hard/gutterness to it. good shyt

Erebus beat was cool, I felt it just needed a lil more too it.

Thank you!!! I was trying for the life of me to figure out where I've heard that sample before! Sounds like a different version of that same song that Busta sampled. That being said, Ak got one of my favorite beats this round! I heard that shyt and instantly had the . Sample chops were on crazy on this one. The hook section is sinister as fukk, too. Love it. I'd be pissed if I was going up against that track.

Erebus beat needed a lot more work, but it's not a bad start. The samples aren't bad, but they're too loud and too constant IMO. Also, I felt like I was waiting for it to get somewhere that it never really did. Coulda used some hi-hats to pick the pace up, and some more instrumentation built around the sample to push it to the background a bit. I ain't knockin' ya' though, keep doing your thing and welcome to the tourney.

I loved the sample on Erebus beat, only other thing i felt the beat needed was a different pocket for the verses to reside and to save the vocal part for the hook.

I enjoyed both beats.
