Spark's beat is. The vibe to the joint is so smooth. I think it still would've still been dope without the vocal chops on the verses. All that's missing on AK's track is Swizz, thankfully you ain't call him to ruin it. Like the melody and the breaks, simple but yet effective. 05 Cassidy track. Good batlle fellas.
Its not like a gucci or jeezy trap beat but trap-ish. Heavy 808 with a bass line i think is from Masta ace sittin on chrome album. Its kinda dope. But different for him.

Spark - Smooth ass vibe! Really dope sample and chops. The mix is on point and the beat is very well executed.
Akademik - Ill track bro! Definitely has that vintage Ruff Ryder feel to it. I can hear Fab on this. The mix is also clean.

First off I gotta apologize to Spark and Akademik cuz I take pride in listening to every beat battle and voting and commenting and for some reason this one slipped through the cracks. This my first time seeing this shyt.
Anyways, I know my vote won't count and it's too late, but....if I had to say who's beat was better to me. It would be..
Akademiks. nikka that beat is fukking sick. Nice hard east coast tunnel type of uptempo banger. The Lox would murk that shyt. Loved the melody and the lil chants in the beat. The instrument selection was dope as well. Great beat breh.
Spark's beat was dope, and he made the battle close, but i felt the sped up vocal kinda took away from the beat. Like it was used a lil too much. The beat was nice on it's own and didn't really need it or at least could have been used more sparingly. That's why I gave it to Akadmik cuz his was more polished and I wouldn't have him change shyt. Still a good beat though.
