This is the same Grammy's that wouldn't air hip hop awards on TV for years. This is the same Grammy's that consistently held bias and gave awards to acts that didn't deserve them.

This is the same Grammy's that represent a music industry that literally killed R&B and dumbed down/destroyed hip hop.


Roxane shouldn't have gone to that bullshyt. fukk the Grammy's. Those CAC don't give a shyt about hip hop or black people. Only the money that can make off of the genre.

1. Other hip-hop artists have already went up there and gotten that award and didn't react like this so she'd look wild with this stance. This has always been the case with every barrier black people have broken down.

The amount of revisionist history about the juice crew is crazy.....The Roxanne wars WAS hip-hop in the mid 80s shyt was kinda dying out other than that

none of the novelty rap shyt the industry was doing was working at all they had to copy Roxanne and MC Shan to survive

Shante was at the top of the game and then transcended it to work with Rick James and on a world tour with the biggest rock acts of the 80s its like none of that even happened

Same with Shan..Shan was the best rapper in the game...LL and Shan were on tour together and LL took this nikkas whole rap identity and got away with it

"Marley Scratch" became "Rock the Bells"...."Left me Lonely" became "I Need Love"....shyt is disgusting

The industry actually PAID stations not to play Shan's "beat biter" diss to LL for stealing

and did the same thing to "left me lonely" so "I need love" would blow
