thats not off beat breh he was in them pockets of the beat. i came in expecting some off sync shyt but he was shyt was on..he just wasnt riding the 1 and 4 like say a Jadakiss does...

Nah it doesn’t suck, it’s just disappointing and not as good as the first one.

I just listened to a few tracks but the drum programming and mastering is terrible. I don't know if that's an engineer thing or on premiere

Well mastering is the volume level from track to track being consistent. I think you mean mixing and if so, Preem may have mixed it himself. I know every song on Evidence's new album was mixed by Eddie Sancho (Preem's old engineer in his prime, no pun intended) except the song the Preem produced. Preem mixed that one himself. So maybe he did mix these...
