Outz make better music but technical rapping Royce is def better. I just like the Outz vibe a lot more, they're just wild dudes that spaz on the mic, both very dope at what they do. Royce makes better music, lyrically he's better than all of them except Young Zee (both at their peaks) imo. Even though I'd rather listen to Musical Meltdown than any Royce album I've heard so far. But his new joint might change that opinion. We'll see.
