Wait, so what's the final word with Royce? Did the org meet his medical demands, did he compromise, etc?

Yeah they did. The big thing in miscommunication is he overestimated how much pull McHale had.

At Iowa he said all he had to do was give Coach Hoiberg the word fora conveninces and it happened that day. he was trusting mcHale but found out the process was longer because McHale aint that dude. He called McHale another worker like him.

All protocols have been met and at the moment he and the organization are on the same page.

Royce White considers McHale a ‘co-worker’
Posted on January 23, 2013 at 8:36 pm by Jonathan Feigen

Rookie Royce White, in his conversation with KBXX on Wednesday, said part of the difficulty with coming to an understanding with the Rockets is that Kevin McHale is not the authority on such issues the way his college coach, Fred Hoiberg, had been at Iowa State.

“Coach McHale doesn’t run this team,” White said. “Despite what people think, he has very little control over this team. From a basketball point, he runs it, but from a business level and from an operational level, he has very little say. He’s almost a co-worker of mine rather than an adviser or a managerial type of position. That’s one of the big issues here.”

Told of White’s assessment of their respective places on the Rockets’ organizational chart, McHale left his response at “All right.”

General manager Daryl Morey seemed more amused. Seeing the pack of media waiting for the pregame session with McHale, Morey said, “Is my co-worker here?”

Dudes going to start crying on the court first time a vet trash talks him then refuse to play until the NBA institutes a policy against bullying

The D (where it's so cold)
Very poor mans Lebron James. That's not a diss either.

Andre Iguodala is a poor man's Lebron James, Royce is a few more steps down the poverty depth chart.

On another note I can't believe Shumpert is ballin in the league and Glenn Rice Jr is D league status, I completely read that Georgia Tech situation wrong.:wow:

I live in the United States
The road to the Clutchland begins.

Royce White vs. MNE (February 12th, 2013) - YouTube

Look at them moves in the open court. his style and skillset compliment Houston style of play so well. He might make it up before the season ends. I said i wouldnt get excited but its hard not to be with the talent he has.Look at them handles in the open court. That boy was going coast to coast. At the very least he's an asset.

And then Terence Jones down there too.

2Pat and Marcus Morris looking like:snoop::huhldup: at the pf in the d-league, They know they on borrowed time.

I compare Royce White to Uncharted 3 the game
He seems really polished, yet you see the huge holes in his game
His style seems too turnover prone for the NBA's game
Too many passes were off base, and playing vs better athletes would make his game seem even worse
Now if he can keep that level of play against teams other than "Maine" then maybe he'll be somebody
His stat line isn't really impressive, because once again.. he played vs Maine :smugdraper:

 @ that pass at the 30 second mark...

For people saying he's fat, he's smaller now than he was last year at Iowa St. He's always gonna have that body type...
