What I don't understand is why did he declare for the draft if his problems were this serious?
nikka is full of bullshyt, and while I sort of sympathized with him when this saga first began, that's done a complete 180.

Please find a way to release him from his contract. He just ruined things for countless other athletes with anxiety or mental related issues. No one will ever want to take a chance like that again because of his jackass antics.

How can you be trusted in battle and you're scared to fly? Men are supposed to show no fear and here you have a nikka telling the world how afraid he is to fly. Coward. He supposed to be able to walk in a room that has a Lion in it and not blink or at least ppl should think he has that kind of heart. Women and kids fly everyday without any problems yet this guy can't do it.

I'm not gonna criticize someone with anxiety issues because it's very prevalent and we can't relate. I don't think the critique on him is that he has issues related to flying or anxiety. It's that this is the life he chose, he's gotten this far with all his issues and now he seems unwilling to do anything about it. On top of that, he thinks that by being a dikk, he's somehow being an inspiration to others with his ailments.
It would be like making the conscious decision to be a pornstar, get signed to a company for a lucrative deal and then when you get on set, refuse to take the STD tests because you're afraid of needles.

shyt, I didn't even want him. That's on record. He's talented as hell. That's not to be denied, but personally I saw flaws in his game that I didn't think would serve my team well, but he can definitely play. I wasn't even worried about the anxiety stuff. I was more worried about his inability to be a good FT shooter and defender and that his best position is SF yet he really can't play that at the pro level. I had issues with Royce White even if he had a clean bill of health. Of course teams were going to be intrigued by him in spite of his anxiety because in college he damn near beat Kentucky by himself and NEVER had issues with his anxiety then.

When I was in JR High and a freshman in HS I had anxiety speaking to bad bishes. I over came that in order to put myself in a position to fukk them. The moral of the story is to get what you want you have to get over your mental.
