I am not trying to discreet Ross, I am looking at this from an objective point of view (as objective as one can be in any given scenario)...
Let's take Ross name out of the scenario...
A car driven by killers rolls next to an unsuspecting target, the killers open fire, at least 18 rounds are fired, and the target's car doesn't get hit...
How do you interpret this scenario? It's almost like the scene in "the Wire", when Stringer Bell's goonies tried to kill Omar on a Sunday, except this is worse, because those dudes had the drop on Rosay and rolled up on him...

Most likely amateurs. When Suge sent a killer, he was LAPD, and he didn't need a fully automatic weapon. Supreme got both 50 and E-Money Bags. Jimmy Henchman got 50's man with ease. These were amateurs. A real hit usually involves multiple shots through your car door. Ross walked away without a scratch.
