OP DOESNT GET IT

NEW ORLEANS AND LAKERS WERE AMONGST THE BEST OF THE LOTTERY TEAMS AND ENDED UP 1 AND 4

SO BASICALLY ENDING THE SEASON WIT 35 WINS IS DAMN NEAR THE SAME AS ENDING WITH 20 WINS....HENCE FAR LESS REASON FOR TEAMS TO THANK.

The worst thing for New York fans is they invested allll season for Zion.

Look brehs, New Orleans knows your pain. We were ALL IN on a Super Bowl last season. I mean all in. So to get close to it and have it taken from you in a SECOND is gut wrenching and heart breaking.

...least we took something yall invested in fair and square though.

It's also probably a gut punch to New York that as invested in Zion for the past year as they were, New Orleans wasn't. :russ:

Not that we didn't care, we just didn't have no belief that we would somehow go #1. I'll never forget Tuesday night.

nikka when we got to the top 4 everyone was like "oh shyt. We have a shot? :lupe: Nah they def gonna put him in NY or LA :francis:"
Then when that Grizzles logo came out at #2 fukking house exploded. :blessed:

National media had to scramble cuz them nikkas wasn't even prepared for the notion that the Pelicans could win the draft.

Hence, they said fukk it and just created their own story that Zion may want to return to Duke or tell the Pelicans to trade him to one of their preferred markets (NY/LA) :bryan:

That’s not true at all this big market small market shyt needs to stop.

Portland and Milwaukee are small markets in the conference finals.

The Jazz, Blazers, Spurs, Thunder have pretty much been models of consistency the last 20 years.

Meanwhile the Knicks and Bulls have sucked.

Free agents don’t give a fukk about markets Paul George didn’t go to LA.

Small markets have leverage to build teams because the NBA has a cap and shyt like restricted free agency and Bird rights.

Lol don't lump the Knicks in with Bulls wtf

Last 40 years Bulls >>> Knicks:usure:
