I really love the snarky social commentary a lot of these shows cleverly put in as childish jokes. It’s funny going back with my daughter and watching them and understanding the broader implications behind them, even if some of the gags didn’t necessarily age well. Rugrats and rocko were especially notorious for this. Anyone remember when Stu was having an existential crisis and was making pudding at 4 in the morning?

And if you think he had an existential crisis there, remember when he and Drew did the Little Red Riding Hood puppet show for Tommy's 1st Birthday and the unresolved childhood trauma between the two decided to surface?
