Doubt that.. it's probably no more than Disney saying they had all these "new subs" and then when people investigated it was a bunch of indians paying .99 cents a month to watch cricket. So the subs were "real" but not real.
They wouldn't outright lie on the number.. mislead maybe but the lawsuit won't go too far

WB should let HBO creatives run their whole shyt (DC, Warner Bros). Roll all of WB content into HBO. HBO should be the main brand. It's the name we trust.

So OG HBO is great, who has ever disputed that? It hasn’t stopped WB from getting passed around.
