I did really like the track design and the different vehicles of Diddy Kong Racing, but I though Mario Kart had better weapons and the racing was a little more weighted (if that makes any sense) but both games are classics.

I did really like the track design and the different vehicles of Diddy Kong Racing, but I though Mario Kart had better weapons and the racing was a little more weighted (if that makes any sense) but both games are classics.

The weapons were more varied in MK, but in DKR they didn't have as much as of an effect on the outcome of the race, which I loved. If you were in 1st, you gonna stay there

I love both games, but DKR will always have a special place. Ironic I have been going thru the game again last week and attempting to unlock T.T. the clock lol

Diddy Kong Racing is the best kart racing game ever. Only other kart racer that's arguably better or on par with it is Crash Team Racing. The story mode with the hub connecting the levels together, that pig boss, the vehicles.

That game was too much.

CTR was great as well . Mario Kart imo got everything else down pat but falls flat when it comes to actual content. Mario Kart DS had crazy amounts of content and was one of the best Mario Kart titles.

thinking you ended the game after you beat him in one race only to find out there's a whole new world (via the lighthouse) with more levels in SPACE.
