Read my post again...I said "Trade for a solid center".......TT would be part of the trade....also,people might not like TT...But I have confidence cleveland can get to the finals with him as the starting center.

1. no one is going to trade for TT with all those years left, pick or not.

2.the cavs offense looks like shyt with him in th game

3. the defense isnt any better

If the Cavs make the Finals this year we're going to have to come to terms with the fact that

a.) regular season basketball is completely meaningless (I'm not ready to admit this as a basketball fan)
b.) the NBA really needs 1-16 seeding because this is a awful basketball team
I'm already at point :francis:

1.Every team has shyt contracts......There are teams that are desperate to get rid of players who have horrible contracts.

2.The cavs offense looks like shyt when he's in the game because he is playing with the 2nd unit....Nobody was complaining about TT offense during the EC playoffs the last 3 seasons.

3.The defense can get better if they add a big SG,and solid defensive/rebounding center.

If i was the Cavs FO i wouldnt bother moving that nets pick now....Aint even about what Bron does after the season, its pointless to mortgage the future when the gap is so big...

fukk the Nets pick, I wouldn't even move their own first round pick.

I'm of the belief that they should put the pressure on LeBron to stay at the deadline or flat out be looking to blow this shyt up. It's not going to happen but a rebuild could happen pretty quickly flipping Love, IT, Crowder, and co at the deadline.

The issue is that things fell perfectly into place for golden state to add an mvp in his prime to what was already one of the greatest teams in the history of the game and the fact that the cavaliers just aren’t a top shelf organization. If LeBron wasn’t on that team, they’d be somewhere between 28-40 wins at seasons end depending on luck and health. Personally I don’t think they’d make the playoffs without him, but we as nba fans expect them to look like a contender because he’s on the team. Now you have a warriors team that has no weaknesses and their most compelling rival basically has 1-2 strengths. This situation may just simply take another 2-3 years for the league to level back out because right now I suppose the warriors actual big challenge would be a team whose best player is heliflopter Har_en :scust:

Cavs are in a tough position with that pick. If you don't trade it, Lebron might look at it as the FO not giving a damn.

If you trade it, he can still end up leaving.

They handled the Kyrie situation poorly.

They were supposed to either get PG13 or Jimmy Butler (someone who could actually defend and help against GS) or tell Kyrie to eat a dikk and play out his contract like the Lakers did Kobe.

Now they've painted themselves into a corner where they're going to have to start rebuilding and it's a matter of when.

Lebron might be thinking to himself right now im not winning with this team anymore im leaving regardless of what they do....Thats why if ur the GM of the Cavs right now the way this team is fading and the sum of the parts is terrible might not be a good time to "re-invest" in it...Wait it out and see if they turn it around and see what bron does in the summer....

What if you use the pick and go out and get DJ or Paul George, you still lose in the ECF or finals and Bron leaves anyway ? Now you dont have the pick and ur forced to rebuild.

This team trending down might actually help them realize going all in on a blockbuster might not be the best option...

Cavs right now are a team of the moment, what they do in the next 30 days will probably determine if they trade or hold...
