I wouldn't be surprised if the double did walk out that building..I know for a fact that pneumonia cant be treated in 2 hours and once it brings you down you WILL stay down for at least a few days but given her age it would take a week or two.

Its also odd that her Nurses personal assistants would let her walk out unsupervised just 2 hours after dragging her and stuffing her into the van like a slab of beef....the nurse assistant is quite likely by the bedside of the REAL Hillary...
Even the average person checked into an ER for an unexplained collapse wont be discharged to just walk out alone...someone physically has to come pick them up.
