You are trying to argue two different points...Yes a sign and trade was done....but he didn't FORCE his way out of Cleveland...his contract was over(this wasn't a Kyrie situation where he was still under contract for a couple of years)...if you start a new job on a Monday when your previous job/contract ends the previous Friday did you FORCE your way out??)
