pete carroll, among countless other coaches who have done the same, has done the same thing before. why is no one calling for him to be fired ?

I didnt agree with that call, but it was early in the game. mccarthy has made his share of weird calls this game to me, but actually most of them were NOT running the ball enough.

McCarthy not an elite coach tho you have to remember that. the belis, carrolls, sabans, harbaughs, meyers etc. ofcourse coaches settle for FG's at times and yes even at the 1 but not in that situation. its the playoffs. do or die. win or go home. those are the moments the true elite coaches like to show you why they make the big bucks.
