It should be a part of the evidence but I don't think its on video. Problem wit this whole thing is you don't run someone over just cuz they brake checked you. How the asian driver hasn't been charged with that much is beyond me. If a car brake checks you, most normal people would likely honk and flip them off. Just cuz they on a bike don't mean its cool to damn near kill them cuz they brake checked you. The dude in Range clearly kept going when biker boy slowed down. He was only in fear of his life after he ran dude over and rightfully so.

That's how I'm viewing it. If it was certain the tires were slashed, he would be more justified possibly to me. But he didn't even bump his horn a couple times or slowly ease out at a slow speed, his car exploded forward on them. Why the fukk would you stop and stand right in the middle of the SUV? It's unfortunate that dude is going to end up paralyzed, but you can't assume some dude with his wife and infant child is going to just stop and see what a mob of bikers are going to do to you after you accidentally bumped one of them, who is the one that started the altercation that set off these chain of events. Cruz should get charged merely for being the catalyst to it all.
