I'm amazed at the bad rap sodium gets. Your body actually needs sodium. It's actually possible to get too little of the stuff. Eat something high in potassium like a banana to counter the sodium if it's really that big of a deal. Unless you are out here guzzling soy sauce(which actually is insanely high in sodium), you can counter your sodium intake and keep it pretty balanced.
