He does Hourly posts on craigslist, backpage and all classified boards using automated software to post images of the girls so that johns can come smash during their lunch breaks at work or whatever time they want. You just have to generate bookings(some of which fall through) and manage your book(list of girls and bookings) and you'll be good.

Guy at my gym worked 'security' at a local brothel. Seemed a very easy job most of the time, he would sit on a couch watching tv for hours and would be around women in very little clothing.
