Just dive early breh. Cam runs all the time and rarely takes big hits. Same with Wilson. The reason Vick gets injured is because he likes to fight for the extra yard and run between tackles.

Well RBs sometimes rush 15+ times a game without getting injured. So maybe it's lack of technique that's getting them injured.

The QB can both throw and run, running is certainly part of their game if that's a responsibility they can handle. Technique is certainly an issue when it comes to running for many QBs.
