Friend of mine said models are hired for the way clothes hang on them so that they look like they do on racks.
Used to be models were hired for being beatiful and appealing. I think that change started in the nineties. Nobody can name a supermodel today. When i was a kid everybody could name 5-10 and recognize a whole lot more
