The difference between Rusev and Kozlov is that Rusev seems to be a lot more athletic and can actually work

Umaga should've got a title run even a short one from Cena, one of the few guys during the initial superman run that made Cena look inferior in EVERY aspect

Rusev just looks so awkward to me. Dude has the biggest chest I've ever seen and doesn't wear boots. I haven't seen enough to make an opinion of him in the ring, but I don't see him lasting for too long either.
Rusev actually seems like he has talent and I agree that an Umaga-like career is possible but, yes, he could quite easily devolve into a comedy character after Cena puts the beats on him at Summerslam.
Yep. Umaga had a charismatic as hell manager BUT he came across like someone who could easily wreck someone. He was one of the few times I felt sympathy for Cena's character. Dude beat HBK, HHH and Cena on consecutive RAW's at one point
I have high hopes and medium expectations for Rusev

Umaga was a beneficiary of the "by any means necessary push" meaning that even though he wasn't getting over huge at first they stuck with him and made him a threat. Who knows how Tensai would have turned out if they didn't abandon his push within a month. This Rusev guy seems to be getting a slower push than Umaga, almost too slow. It's time he starts beating people of note and not just c00n Squared.
