Rush Hour 3 was weak, but I watched it all.
The only thing that is going to make Rush Hour 4 is the writing. If they churn out crap, it's going to tank worse than Waterworld or Best of the Best Part 4.

I'm a total blur in the movie. 8 hours of filming and I'm seen for 1 second in the background. It was one of the courtroom scenes where they had a town meeting.
I got $25 and a free lunch.
