Russ is the best young QB in the league.
Can throw like Drew Brees and scramble with the best of them.
He can't out run Kaep,Cam,or RG3 etc, but his instincts, and ability to "feel the rush" is beyond them dudes.
I know it sounds cliche, but he's just more "cerebral" than the rest of the pack.I'm not just saying that to be quoting a slogan....he really is
