I voted for Bernie in the primaries. I the back of my mind, I felt that Hillary was gonna win anyways but I liked Bernie more. He seemed to genuinely care about issues facing the black community. Now, when it was all said and done, I voted for Hillary in the election. It was difficult talking to Bernie supporters, especially after it came out that the DNC stacked the deck against him to ensure Hillary won. A lot of Bernie supporters stayed at home. AGAIN, I didn't agree with that tactic because, not voting was pretty much a vote for Trump. The numbers didn't lie. 6 million less democrats voted in 2016.

I've been going back and forth with some of my friends about this. Trump with the help of Russia may have stack the deck against Hillary but DNC pretty much alienated Sanders base. Nearly 6 million Democrats didn't vote in 2016.Trump had damn near 1 million less votes than Romney. Romney 2012 had 60.9 million and Trump 2016 59.1 million. Hillary has much to blame for losing this election. She was a bad campaigner and average debater. Obama exposed her azz in 2008.

A lot of democrats didn't vote. Hell, there was campaign within the black community to not vote because both candidates were the same. Which was the dumbest shyt ever. The Democrats need to reevaluate themselves first. You tried to jammed Hillary down our throats and it backfired horribly. I honestly believe that Joe Biden wouldve mopped the floor with Con-Artist Trump azz. Hillary didn't even have the balls to call Trump an con-artist. She couldnt call him an womanizer because her creepy husband is one too.

This shows you how emotional, and impractical Democrats are. Republicans, and specifically WHITE Republicans almost gave the nomination to Ted Cruz. Half the GOP politicians didn't even like Trump (or so they say) but they knew who they needed to vote for to get a Republican in office.

Democrats want to worry about hurt feelings, and a bunch of bullshyt the government shouldn't be dealing with, like gay stuff. Then, they decided to either not vote, or vote Jill Stein or Gary Johnson, which was a WASTE, because neither of them stood a chance to win.

I will throw a little heat at Republicans for
A) So many people running, and splitting up the primary votes, allowing Trump to win
B) still voting for people who DROPPED OUT, because they didn't want to vote for Trump
C) Kasich, Carson, and Rubio staying in too long, especially when it became impossible to win, thus taking votes away from Ted Cruz.
D) None of the candidates taking Trump seriously, and waiting too long to go after him once he kept winning or coming in second in primaries

A lot of this shyt just flat out incorrect. Trump got 62.9 million votes, not 59.1 million. There's also been studies on Sanders supporters and most show them voting for Hillary 85-90%, which is actually higher than Hillary supporters voted for Obama in 08. You're never going to get 100% of them coming together, but Bernie supporters turned out for Hillary by any reasonable metric.

Yes, she did have drastic drops in support from the black community; particularly in Michigan and Wisconsin. But that would somehow be alleviated with Bernie? Bernie's ass didn't get the nomination because black people buried him in the primary. nikka was getting less than 10% of the black vote in Alabama and Mississippi. Let's face truth; a lot of black people just ain't showing up if Obama ain't up there for president.
