Calling someone an alias? Sounds like using projection :umad:

like I said you bum ass nikka change your screen name.

as for the NBA they finessing with fuzzy math and you falling for the bait.. What’s the NBA’s overall value? It’s obviously way more than 2 billion.. the teams telling players of the money situation is just covering their asses so they don’t have to pay players full contracts... It’s obvious why only a select few still getting their nba salary during this Covid

when players start leaving left and right due the virus and a championship comes about with a 1/3rd of the league's stars not in playing, it deserves an asterisk.

It's like calling a replacement team champions.
I agree, this season is going to get an asterisk no matter what happens (doesn't mean the winner is a fraud, just means this season was different). I'm just saying all these leagues pushing to return is not about competition or declaring a winner. This is 100% about money, TV contracts and the future viability of the league....

The “I read what you wrote and you shat all over me so ima pretend I didn’t” move? Damn you really going out sad :mjlol:
I didn’t read what you wrote. You’re a Kingsmen, which means your interest in basketball doesn’t go beyond the scope of whatever organization Lebron is playing for. You’re not invested in basketball or the NBA; you’re invested in Lebron making you feel good as a fan.

I hope to see your commentary on actual basketball once competition resumes, but I probably won’t because you don’t watch the games.

Doesn’t justify the lives out at risk

and we know the long term implications this will have on the players

Kendrick Perkins: Listen, I love Russ. He is my brother, and a great teammate......but he got corona and will prolly be back before the start of the season.

Tmac: but Perk, don’t u think we should put the health of our players first? Maybe Adam silver should just shut down.

Kendrick Perkins: see I always knew u was a bytch ass nikka. We already stepped back and this bubble is foolproof. Anyone that don’t wanna play is a bytch

the internet
It’ll take a while to confirm the long term ramifications but there are reports that from x rays of people who have recovered, your lungs are never the same after you get covid.
its a small minority of the people who get sick

Lifelong Lung Damage: A Serious COVID-19 Complication
“There is anecdotal evidence that some groups have a higher risk of a severe version of COVID-19 than others,” said Kon. “Overall, almost everyone who develops COVID-19 will have mild symptoms. In fact, many will be completely asymptotic. Only a few will develop a severe infection.”

Kon added that these are the patients who are admitted to the hospital.

A subset of those hospitalized patietns are placed on ventilators, and a subset of those are placed on what’s known as an ECMO machine (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation), which pumps and oxygenates a patient’s blood outside the body.

“The sicker you are along the subset, the higher the likelihood [of post-COVID fibrosis],” he said.

If you dont want NBA now...then you probably should believe sports should be cancelled until there is a vaccine.
And if we get a vaccine...how many players are going to turn it down?
Almost 100% chance Kyrie refuses to get it.
There’s a middle ground between no sports at all and waiting for the vaccine though, and other countries have safely started playing again because they handled the virus right from the jump. Waiting until a new administration takes over and implements an actual plan is the best option. No amount of money is worth risking people’s lives for a sport, and even if the players themselves are less likely to be infected they’re still going to be carriers and spreaders of the virus.
