"Westbrook saw multiple examples of LeBron misrepresenting himself — like claiming The Godfather was his favorite movie but not knowing a single line, carrying The Autobiography of Malcolm X to interviews without being able to discuss it, and even saying he predicted Kobe’s 81-point game. These moments made Russ view LeBron as inauthentic."

So somebody is writing a book based on Coli threads We know exactly who "Yaron Weitzman" really is, FOH @Sccit :camby:
@Walt wrote this :russ:

When they all returned, Smith was greeted with smiles and daps. Smith talked to the players about his new movie, Emancipation. He talked about overcoming adversity. He cracked some jokes at the team’s expense. Then he opened the floor for questions.

LeBron was first. He had a question, he said. Smith answered. Then LeBron had another question. And another after that and another after that and another after that. On and on he went, stretching what was supposed to be a 30-minute session into nearly an hour.

“The same guy who was trying to leave is now quoting back movie lines and going through the guy’s whole life story,” one attendee recalled thinking. Seated in the third row, picking at a bowl of fruit, Westbrook watched in disbelief, shaking his head and rolling his eyes every time LeBron spoke.

I hate that fake shyt, Westbrook said to a teammate afterward, as the Lakers gathered for a team photo. I just can’t do it.

The next afternoon, the Lakers posted the picture on social media.

Standing among Lakers players, coaches, and Pelinka was Smith, holding up a custom jersey. There, standing a few feet to Smith’s right, was Westbrook, his face twisted into a scowl.

It’s not really explained well in the tweet, you have to read the article for the full context.

Basically Pelinka told the team Will Smith was going to come and talk with the players. After hearing this, Bron said “y’all got it” and walked out with AD following him. Russ and Pat then get into an argument on why the rest of the players have to stay and Bron and AD are allowed to leave. After all this Bron and AD eventually get pulled back in (implied to be done at the behest of Ham) and now Bron all of a sudden is acting all interested and dominating the meeting with Smith even though he didn’t even want to join initially.

I completely understand Westbrook’s point of view here :yeshrug:

This sounds strangely familiar…. Didn’t something similar happen during the protests :lolbron:

Predictable responses when the truth comes out. Niqqas don’t think Bron did ANYTHING wrong. It’s everyone else. Trump thinking.
Yeah imma have to go with the Lebron being fugazi here. It's just too much evidence pointing to it. Rich Paul and Lebron got this PR shyt down to a T at this point.

Lowkey i think LeBron shifted his focus after that delonte West situation. Seems like that Before that, he was all about teammates and forming lifetime bonds. Even the movie about his high school team showed that.

Seems like after that situation, whatever happened, he just puts his legacy over any friendship and just makes moves for himself.

There's like 10 different stories of this and none of them happened before that situation with his mom lol
