three glaring takeaways from this:


1. these people always playin' chess outchea, and using what you say and do against you
2. Adams' silence spoke volumes, and probably angered the reporter more. He not only was trying bait Adams to speak to represent the divisiveness by rejected Russ's "authority", but also to satisfy his own ego and the power struggle that emerged. Adams was the pawn in the power struggle, and his refusal to speak kept Russ ahead.
3. the insistence of trying to get the question answered by the reporter reeks of privilege
