Russell is better overall but Vick had more talent and a higher peak

If somebody sat down and helped Vick figure out how to run the offense, dude could have truly been one of the greatest QB's of all-time in terms of accolades. Make him a pocket passer and use his scrambling ability only when he's in a jame.

Dude has arguably one of the best games in NFL history vs the Redskins that one Monday night. Those type of games may have been normal to him.
