1. Let's not act like Wilson came into the league without any growing pains are far as decision-making. He had his hiccups. With that said, he's improved. As shaky as Vick's decision-making and accuracy was, his passing game was competent enough given the level of competition, his running game notwithstanding.

the (little) growing pains russ has had, his rookie year was still better than all but one of vicks years. and then it only got better.
vicks passing game wasnt really that competent either. it was very mediocre even by those times' standards

kaep isnt as elusive as vick. vick was on some barry sanders shyt with his running. kaep is strong enough to elude few tackles and then run really fast, usually without many cuts (ie, straight line)

I dont think their styles are that similar, at all

I probably just worded it wrong but here's my thought on that.

I'm not really talking about their actual abilities so much as their mindset/potential. Kaep statistically right now is what Mike Vick's potential was. Around 60% passing 3300-3500 yards and about 700 rushing yards. Neither were going to be elite level passers but they were both more willing/able to make big plays running than Russ is.

The Falcons were 7-9 the year before Vick took over. Guess the Seahawks record the year before Russ took the helm. People act like Russ just walzted into a ready made champion when really his play has contributed greatly to their growth into that champion. Not gonna deny that the Seahawks are obviously better than those Falcons teams but Russ is clearly better than Vick was too. Their attempts per game are pretty comparable. It's not like they were asking Vick to throw 35-40 times per game. Their completion percentages are not. There decision making is not. It's not like Russ is throwing to AJ or Megatron either.

Cmon bruh. You and I both know ATL was trash when Vick took over. We had no wrs, decent running backs, pushover DL, and give up a big play Ray was our 'best db'.

Aaron is the best Qb in the league by a good margin,, Wilson is good but in terms of the future A.Luck can be one of the best ever to play, he looks like a player thats been in the league for 14 years but hes still a kid. R.Wilson came into the league on a team with a great coach and ready to win that all plays a huge part in the growth of a Qb Vick never got that, they will never be another Mike Vick in 2010 we seen a player you could not defend he beat you with both his legs and arm a older more mature Vick, had Vick had proper coaches in his early years things would have been different I am sure. I am also not ready to give up on Rg3 becoming a great Qb.
