If you watch the games, Pete coaches the exact same way as when it was 2013 and he had marshawn lynch and the lob

Just tonedef to think you can play that way in the current day NFL ignoring even the fact the D he has is not good.

As a Seahawk fan did you think anything of Russ’ original comments weeks ago?

As an outsider looking in I thought this was really just about him wanting more money I had no idea he actually wanted out. This is shocking to me

From the beginning of the comments I thought it was Pete vs Russ
The let russ cook shyt was the same, letting russ have more control and freedom in the offense. Local guys have said there are plays that Russ is still literally not allowed to audible out of, still after all he has done. Same with the OC, they get overridden by Pete all the time.

Seahawks fans out here are dumb a bunch of them were pissed at the oline comments which made complete sense when hes been sacked more than any other qb in this time frame, but its bigger than that.

I dont think Russ and Pete can co-exist anymore. I think Russ wants to stay here but not with Pete. This was supposed to be Petes last season and Russ probably thought Pete would retire until Pete signed a 5 year extension last year

Rooting for him too. It's peak irony that company man, below market value deal taking Brady is the one that kicked all this shyt off. Next step is dude's signing deals that prohibit teams from franchising them.

Out of those teams, New Orleans is the most interesting.

Pairing Russell Wilson with Alvin Kamara and Michael Thomas could be something...

Not interesting, that's underselling it. That's a championship core. May not win it immediately with Tom and the Bucs in your division but they'd get atleast one chip out of it.

The Jets on the other hand need to be all over this, Russ is better than Deshaun and he will stabilize their franchise. Their best player on the team currently is an offensive tackle, so theres some building blocks there to set in place for a great passing team.

Reports: Russell Wilson ‘stormed out’ of meeting, approached Seahawks about trade

The Athletic NFL staff’s sources also said that Russ “Stormed out” of a meeting with the Seahawks coaches before the Thursday night game against the Arizona Cardinals this past season. In the meeting, Wilson “Outlined his own ideas for how to fix the offense. His suggestions were dismissed.”

:mjlol:

Pete’s in for a rude awakening if he loses Russ. He needs to swallow his pride. Running the ball isn’t the only way to get teams out of the two deep look.

Is his whole playbook runs and then deep bombs that take a long time to develop while Russ is behind that bum ass line? Run some intermediate routes and burn clock that way and soon enough they’ll have to bring up the safety to help against that.
