Pete’s in for a rude awakening if he loses Russ. He needs to swallow his pride. Running the ball isn’t the only way to get teams out of the two deep look.

Is his whole playbook runs and then deep bombs that take a long time to develop while Russ is behind that bum ass line? Run some intermediate routes and burn clock that way and soon enough they’ll have to bring up the safety to help against that.
Its literally the worst scheme you can possibly have. It only works because Russ is that damn good and has the best deep ball in the league.

You trying to only do deep developing routes to your wrs when you have one of the worst olines in the league? :dahell:

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Big FUKK YOU to the seahawks front desk, coaching staff and organization if they don't retain Wilson AND give him more control.

This is shiit man. As a lifelong Seattle-ite who's always vouched and stood up for Russ (and so did mama, her dying wish was to watch a Hawks game live... god rest her soul), this is going to be worse than the sonics leaving town.

That's the blow this city will experience if he departs the organization/town.

And FUKK pete carrol.

Probably the happiest I’d ever be as a raider fan in the last 15 years if they made this trade. Probably won’t happen though :francis::mjcry::sadcam:

Russ aint wrong in wanting to be more protected or his problems with PC but I kinda hate how much of a pass he gets on how the offense played like shyt the 2nd half of the year. His play once teams started blitzing like crazy last years was :scust:

The poll in the topic is tough because my belief is simple
If Russ flat out demands a trade, then yes, I think Seattle will appease him as opposed to what Houston-Watson are going through.
If Russ only throws out hints here and there without outright saying he wants to be traded, I think he and Seattle ride it out one more season. Then, if Seattle does anything short of the divisional round, I think this is his last season in Seattle.

What :mjlol: No the fukk they won't :mjlol:

Somebody going to have to put multiple 1st and 2nd's on the table or baby hair going to be running for his life in a seahawks jersey as usual:mjlol:

Lemongrass, cherries, alkaline water
Um getting a kings ransom in return for an elite qb
:dahell: For what? How many times has this worked out? The most important position on the field, you’ve got a sure thing and you talking about trading away for some damn king’s ransom. I’d hate to see yall GM

yeah russ takes a part of the blame, but russ pulled the entire scheme back and they didnt do anything with a short passing game underneath. they did more of that early

Pete honestly thinks the only way to beat cover 2 is to run the ball
