I can't speak for the Seahawks since I don't follow them closely but she pretty much ruined the Blazers since she's been in charge. Won't even pay a slight luxury tax to have a competing team. Had a open roster spot all year last season. Wouldn't fire that terrible GM, Neil Oshlay who kept making bad trades and signings over and over again.

I'm blown away she wants to own. Without oversharing I worked closely with that parent company and everyone expected a sale shortly after Paul's passing. I have no idea why she wants to own the teams.

And not paying luxury tax is criminal because of how unspeakably wealthy, and liquid, that company is.
