What’s the alternative? Run it back with Lock and miss the playoffs again. Acquire more talent that will be wasted on a young QB who hasn’t proven to be the guy and who may not ever develop to be that guy? I’m not saying there’s no downside to the trade but clearly the Broncos are willing to take a risk by investing a lot to make an upgrade to the QB position. We’ll see how it plays out but it seems Broncos Country largely approves as the fanbase seems energized.

Not sure, but i think with avg play they could be decent, your boy out in Indy is available, Big Ben?? There would be others at cheaper prices, clearly the possibility is there with Russ, but to give up that much, when they really are not in win now mode, you have a mixture of young talent and past their prime talent, in a division with everyone in better positions
