The Brady/Bucs signing and Stafford trade changed the NFL forever. This is clearly the new wave. Get your franchise QB by any means and go win a chip.

Teams aren’t gonna just put up with having a really good roster but inept QB play anymore, of course there’s only so many elite QBs to go around but the NFL is now more QB dependent than ever.

Another thing is that, the league is now trending towards younger offensive HCs.
