That's a short sided view. These franchises are doing the work you need to do to build/blow up.

I can't speak for the Seahawks since I don't follow them closely but she pretty much ruined the Blazers since she's been in charge. Won't even pay a slight luxury tax to have a competing team. Had a open roster spot all year last season. Wouldn't fire that terrible GM, Neil Oshlay who kept making bad trades and signings over and over again.
