It should have, but people were too busy clowning Hackett and giving Peyton the benefit of a doubt to see it.

Only Bijan is even eating right now because the other two aren't getting the ball, especially Pitts. I don't hate Atlanta landing Russ if they can do a short term deal that makes sense. I'm not sure if his contract with Denver would allow for that though.

Atlanta runs the ball and has the QB line up under center more than any other team in the league. And the defense is quietly good. With a more creative, Shanahan-esque scheme and OC that leans on play action, I think that team easily wins the NFC south the next 2-3 year.
